     <>Follow through on all contingencies and attend the closing with you.

For first-time sellers, we offer similar services:

     <>Review the typical homesale process including timing considerations

     <>Provide a free written market analysis including a probable sale price, suggested

                   list price, and an estimate of all closing costs.

     <>Suggest possible improvements to your home that might lead to a faster sale at

                   maximum value.

     <>Explain all listing procedures (how appointments are made, what you should do

                  during showings, how offers will be presented, etc.)

     <>Go over written offers with  you and negotiate on your behalf.

     <>Follow up on all contract contingencies and deadlines through closing

     <>Prepare you for closing and attend it with you.
