M.J. Seiler is a third generation Libertyville businessman. Having graduated from Bowling Green University with a degree in Marketing, he started in the real estate business in 1972 and founded Taylor and Seiler Real estate one year later. In 1974 he purchased one of the first CENTURY 21® franchises in Lake County, Illinois.

Seiler is also very active in the business community in both Libertyville and Mundelein.
Another “native son”, Tom Kreuser was born in Condell Hospital in Libertyville and lived in Lake County most of his life. He graduated from Ripon College with degrees in Economics and Foreign Language, and after a brief stint in the corporate world, became a real estate salesperson in Libertyville in 1971. After a successful career as a REALTOR® and/or manager of Libertyville branch offices of three major real estate companies, Kreuser joined M.J. Seiler in 1992.
Kreuser has also been very active in the REALTOR ®organization, having been a past president of the Lake County Association of REALTORS® and “REALTOR® of the Year”. He currently serves on the Association’s Professional Standards Committee.
Both Tom Kreuser and M.J. Seiler are “hands-on” Broker/owners who work full-time in the day-to-day managing of CENTURY 21 Kreuser and Seiler, Ltd. Their business philosophy is simple: Put client’s interests above your own. Don’t worry about how many sales you make – worry about how good a job you do on each one. Do what’s right regardless of the consequences. Follow the “Golden Rule”. |
